Welcome to "The Hobbit" upstairs loft. Please note, this space is not suitable for individuals over 6 feet tall. The ceilings are low with distinctive architectural angles. This is a one-of-a-kind, incredibly unique space, featuring one bedroom, a sectional pull out couch, smartTV, and an exquisite color-changing fireplace. You'll also find a stunning spa shower, a fully equipped kitchen complete with a glass cooktop, toaster oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

The space
You'll find yourself on the third floor of a generously spacious loft, fully equipped for your Charleston getaway. The living room boasts a charming and cozy electric fireplace, along with a pull-out IKEA sofa. The bedroom features a custom-made queen-size bed, and the well-appointed kitchen includes a bistro table. Prepare for a truly unique and exceptional experience. It's important to note that this space is designed as an open concept, lacking a bedroom door, so keep in mind that there won't be privacy if you have other guests using the pull-out sofa. Our outdoor courtyard is a serene oasis, complete with a fireplace, gas barbecue, and bistro tables with chairs for your relaxation and enjoyment. Feel free to step outside, unwind, and savor the peaceful surroundings.

We have 1 parking spot available for this unit only. We cannot accommodate more than 1 car inside the gate per unit, we have 2 additional spots outside the gate. We have other units and guests who will use this parking as well.
