The room was exactly as described and is a great home base for exploring Lipari and the Islands. The location is quiet, and an easy walk to town, or the ports to catch boats to the other islands. Anoeta and Felix met us at the dock when we arrived and provided excellent recommendations for dining and things to do and see.
Tres bon accueil.
Lieu très plaisant à proximité du centre de Lipari.
Anoeta and her husband came to the harbor to meet us. They were very welcoming. The bedroom and outside living are outstanding. Clean, beautiful and artfully. There was fresh fruit, home made jam and coffee. Every day we found something homebaked: cakes, waffels and on the day of our early department a package of cup cakes for our long journey.
Anoeta gave us some options for hiking. She knows the island very well.
Anoeta and Felix greeted us warmly from the ferry, and gave us a great overview of Lipari and the Islands. It's a very comfortable room with its own bathroom, and outside terrace. There's a small fridge and coffee maker, and Anoeta's treats each morning were an unexpected surprise. It's well located, an easy walk to the main street, restaurants, bars, ferry and island touring boats.
We hope we get the opportunity to stay their again!
Truly, you'd be a fool to stay anywhere else in the Aeolian Archipelago. Lipari is the perfect base and Anoeta is the perfect host. The room has everything you will need and Anoeta makes wonderful suggestions for your time. She even made us cakes, waffles and pancakes to enjoy. On our 5th day she invited us for a late checkout so we didn't have to carry our bags around all day. I highly recommend this superior bnb!!!!!!
Anoeta and her husband are the best hosts you can imagine. They picked me up from the harbor and were always in a good mood, gave me a lot of useful information and i got freshly made pancakes and waffles as well as homemade jam for breakfast. The apartment is very central and still super quiet and very cozy. The bed is comfortable, the terasse is perfect for relaxing and i really loved this place! I will definitely come to Lipari again and i'd love to stay at this great apartment again! Thank you so much!

About the Host, Anoeta
maybe I only want to go to Sicily because of what Goethe said: "Without seeing Sicily one cannot get a clear idea of what Italy is."
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you did not do that for the ones you did. Then let go of the ropes. Get away from the safe harbor. Take your sails with the winds. Explored. Dream. Find out!
"To walk you need a goal,
but it is never as important
as the journey itself ...
It’s along the way that life happens;
meetings, fights, loves, joys and surprises"
