This private, perfectly sized, french industrial, suite is centrally located for a visit to St. Louis. With your own private entrance, bathroom, living room and bedroom our suite was created to be your very own pied-à-terre during your stay.

The space
Built for the original homeowner’s medical practice at the turn-of-the-century this three-room suite has been converted to have all the amenities of a hotel suite. Comfortable for two our suite is designed as an urban retreat for business and vacation travelers alike.
We love to travel and we love Airbnb! We have spent several trips staying at locations we have found on Airbnb so we understand what guests want and need when looking for a place to stay. We also love St. Louis and are eager to give you suggestions on where to dine, play, shop, and relax. Saint Louis is a city of many cities so depending on your interests we guarantee that there is a slice or two of the city perfect for you.

Guest access
Guests have their own entrance directly from the street at the front of our home. Once inside you can relax in your own living room, complete with WiFi, and a TV. You also have access to your very own bathroom in addition to a bedroom with a queen bed. So relax and enjoy your private suite at the end of an adventurous day of site seeing or a long day of meetings.

Other things to note
One element that makes our suite unique is that, like many homes built at the turn of the century, the bathroom is a split "European style". Which means there is one room containing a shower and a vanity and then a separate room containing the toilet. All bathroom amenities are provided just a little separated.
Although the suite does not have a kitchen we always enjoy having a cup of coffee/tea in the mornings so we have provided a Keurig single cup coffee/tea maker for your pleasure/convenience. In addition we have small selection of both coffee and tea that is sure to please most guests.

Although there is not a kitchen the suite does have a small stainless steel refrigerator and a microwave for our guest's convenience.

Also included for your use is an iron & Ironing board.

Neighborhood highlights

After living in San Francisco for a number of years we bought this house for 3 reasons, an opportunity to renovate a turn-of-the-century home, easy access to public transportation and proximity to one of the most diverse neighborhoods in St. Louis. Built in 1907, just after the famous 1904 World's Fair, our home is located directly adjacent to Compton Heights one of St. Louis's premier historic neighborhoods filled with grand mansions along winding tree lined streets.
The South Grand Neighborhood, just a few blocks south, is home to a myriad of eclectic restaurants, shops and the historic Tower Grove Park. Our home is also right next door to the Compton Hill Reservoir Park with it's stunning ornate water tower and strolling paths. Downtown, Forest Park, Grand Center, the Botanical Gardens, and The Grove are all just minutes from your front step of this pied-à-terre.
We love our central location and know you will too.
