The cozy space is just under 200 sq ft and features a queen-size bed plus a loft mattress. Guests may enjoy exclusive access to the hot tub (lower level of main house) and a 1-acre pond stocked with catfish, and bluegill.

The space
This thoughtfully designed cottage is just under 200 sq ft, offering a warm and efficient space for solo travelers, couples, or minimalist adventurers. Inside, you’ll find a queen-size bed and a loft mattress, ideal for sleeping or lounging.

The cottage includes essential conveniences such as a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, making it easy to enjoy light meals, snacks, and your morning coffee during your stay.

The cottage is located directly to the left of our main house. While the space itself is private, guests should expect close proximity to the main home. We live on the property but prioritize guest privacy and make every effort to remain out of sight while remaining available if needed.

During your stay, guests have private use of the 1-acre pond, stocked with catfish and bluegill, offering a peaceful fishing and nature experience. Enjoy access to the hot tub, located on the lower level of the main house, reserved exclusively for guest use during their stay. Access details and guidelines will be provided to ensure a comfortable experience.

Friendly outdoor cats roam the property and may visit during your stay, adding to the charm of this tranquil retreat.

This space is ideal for guests seeking a small, cozy cottage, a quiet nature escape, or a romantic weekend getaway with thoughtful amenities and outdoor features.
