The price is for up to two people. Add all guests including kids in your party to get the total cost for your stay. This is a comfortable 100 years old house with everything you need to spend time with your family, friends or alone. The location invites for walks around the neighborhood to enjoy the landscape, sunsets and moon-rise.

The space
There is a dining room, kitchen, living room and half bathroom in the first floor and three bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor. There is central heat and A/C.

Guest access
Everything described as the inside is your private space to enjoy. The driveway, patio and yard is the area where you can occasionally cross path with guests in the second unit.

Other things to note
The building has a separate Airbnb studio and both locations are private and independent from each other. The stairs to the second floor is narrow and without railing (see pictures). Not recommended for people with disabilities. Half bathroom is located in the first floor.
