is an beachfront B&B settled in quiet area of Playa Agua Blanca-30 min drive from Puerto Escondido. The Beach Room is on the second floor and has a king-size bed. Experience a luxurious stay in our rooms, or open air pavilion; which can be booked individually or as an entire villa. Relax by the pool, or in our hammock surrounded by the garden and palm trees. The beach is just steps away. Breakfast and home-made lunch/dinner are available.
The space
Beachfront Paradise Boutique Hotel is a beachfront B&B tucked away in the peaceful village of Playa Agua Blanca, just a 30-minute drive from Puerto Escondido.
Our villa features eight beautifully designed rooms and two suites: the Honeymoon Jacuzzi Suite and the Sunset Jacuzzi Suite, both part of the Casa Alebrijes Jacuzzi Villa. These suites include a shared full kitchen and spacious ocean-view terraces. The Sunset Suite also boasts a grand exterior ocean-view jacuzzi for up to 10 people—perfect for enjoying sunsets in style.
All of our rooms—Ocean, Moon, Turtle, Beach, Sunrise, Breeze, and Sky—are uniquely designed and furnished with custom-made local parota wood furniture. They offer a variety of sleeping arrangements (king, double, or single beds) and come equipped with refrigerators, fans, Smart TVs, safes, and reliable Starlink internet. Several rooms and the Casa Alebrijes Suites include air-conditioning and kitchenettes. Thanks to the refreshing daily sea breeze, our Moon and Beach Rooms stay naturally cool without air-conditioning. Each room has a modern bathroom with hot-water showers.
Guests can enjoy their stay individually by room or by reserving the entire villa. Relax by the pool, under the palapa, or in a hammock surrounded by lush gardens and palm trees. Our large palapa terrace, with hammocks and sweeping ocean breezes, is open to all. At the beach—just steps away—you’ll find shaded daybeds and our Beachfront Club, nestled among coconut palms, offering cold drinks, tables, hammocks, and strong Wi-Fi.
For dining, our onsite restaurant Casa de Pierogi serves hearty breakfasts and homemade Mexican and European lunches and dinners, accompanied by a full bar with beer, wine, mezcal, vodka, and cocktails.
We are a family-friendly, LGBT-friendly, and pet-friendly hotel. Daily housekeeping is provided according to your needs, ensuring comfort and care throughout your stay.

We’re located next to Escobilla, a protected turtle sanctuary. From July through December, you can witness turtles coming ashore to lay their eggs — a truly magical experience.
Our rooms are clean, spacious, and feature beautiful balcony views. Guests love our pool, the peaceful beach just across the driveway, and the relaxed atmosphere away from the crowds. We’re always nearby if you need anything.
Basia prepares breakfast daily with fresh fruit, homemade granola, yogurt, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and coconut water from our own trees. Depending on the day, you may also enjoy apple pancakes, fruit crepes with Nutella, shakshuka with homemade pita, avocado feta toast, or Sławek’s homemade bread with local marmalade and peanut butter. Everything is paired with freshly roasted Oaxacan coffee or tea.

We cater to vegetarians, vegans or gluten free diets. If you have any other dietary restrictions, please let us know upon booking. Our kitchen serves a variety of Mexican, European and American Fusion dishes all prepared with love from the highest quality freshest ingredients. Before you arrive we’ll send you a questionnaire to ascertain your favorites. A selection of Mexican & European beers, as well as wine and other non-alcoholic beverages, are available for purchase at very reasonable prices from the bar.
