This 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is located 15 minutes outside of downtown State College and PSU campus in the quiet town of Pine Grove Mills. Everything on one floor except the third bedroom. The large fenced in backyard backs onto Rothrock State Forest. Close to amenities in a quiet location. No Pets - Sorry.

The space
If you're looking to visit the State College and Happy Valley area without the crowds and craziness of downtown, then our whole house is the perfect fit! Located 15 minutes from downtown and the PSU campus, this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is perfect for your family. With a large flat backyard and a park only five minutes away, this house is great for families.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor with queen beds and a third bedroom with a full bed on the second floor. The family friendly bathroom has a shower and full bath combo. A portable crib is available for guest use (please bring your own crib bedding.) Washer and dryer are located in the large bathroom. The cottage style kitchen is light and bright and the patio with outdoor dining furniture is located right outside. Enjoy your morning coffee in a quiet and peaceful setting with just the forest behind you.

With easy access on Route 45 to all the amenities State College has to offer, this house is a great retreat after a day of exploring. Rothrock State Forest has tons of hiking and mountain biking options. Shaver's Creek Nature Center is a 15 minute drive over the mountain. Tussey Mountain is an easy 15 drive on Route 45 and Boalsburg is 10 minutes down the road. The Naked Egg Cafe in Pine Grove Mills is a popular breakfast location.

We are very strict about NO PARTYING, NO SMOKING, AND NO VAPING.

Parking is available in the driveway directly in front of the house. Please note that the garage is NOT for guest use.
