Bright apartment located in Blevio, just 5 km close to the city of Como, the apartment, totally renovated has an amazing landscape over the Lake of Como, from its 4 windows and from each of rooms overlooks the lake: no other buildings are in front of you.
In short: a dream to live fully and enjoy its enchanting sunsets directly from the armchair, your yellow armchair...

The space
You will find:
- Air conditioning throughout the rooms
- full kitchen, included microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee machine, etc.
- very large living room with sofa bed.
- king-size bed with lake view directly from the bed!
- large bathroom and walk-in closet.
- free Wi-Fi.

Guest access
There are public car parks near the apartment., pharmacy, bars, laundry, minimarket, restaurants.

Blevio is served by buses that in 10 minutes connect you to the heart of Como with the bus-stop at 50 meters from the apartment, and in further 45 minutes by train you are able to go in Milano.

In 4 minutes, you will find the landing stages with boats for excursions on Lake Como, possibility of renting boats, marina, spaces to sunbathe, excellent restaurant of a dear friend of the property, overlooking church on the lake, ancient streets and atmosphere of a fishing village.

Other things to note
If you use the sofa bed in the living room, you will have to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom.
