The space
The Casita is a cozy little house in downtown Portales. It is close to shops, good food, the library and a great park.

There are sometimes two dogs on the property - behind the fence, one of which is a runner (white husky). If he does get out please know that he isn’t at all dangerous.
He is curious and excitable and all caught up on his shots, promise.

No parties.
No smoking anywhere on the property please.

No pets or extra guests without prior consent from host please.

You will receive heater/cooler instructions based on temperature changes outside.

We are downtown, so there is noise from cars and such ((sorry about that!!)) but there is a nifty sound machine on the bedside table for you!

The Street is well-lit at night.

You would park in the long well-lit driveway, off-street.

There are cameras that capture the street, the entire yard as well as the alley behind the casita.

We have never had any safety concerns at the Casita.
