Stayed in Marble Arch 10 days over Christmas/New Year 2013/2014. Peter provided timely responses to all our communications – from the time of expressing interest to confirming the arrangements was less than 10 minutes! His e-mail manner was always welcoming, warm and humorous (where appropriate!). All arrangements were made easily and seamlessly. As advised by Peter, Marie was available to let us into the property at the agreed time. To accommodate our flight from Heathrow on the day of departure late check out was easily agreed to.
The apartment block is conveniently located within walking distance of many of London’s attractions and public transport. Peter’s flat is located at the rear of the block overlooking a shared garden with lots of trees. It’s a peaceful and quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of being a tourist in London. Peter’s flat has recently undergone some significant renovations with the reportedly small windows being replaced with double-glazed floor to ceiling windows and door. Not only did this keep the noise down (it was easy to forget we were in the middle of London) they let in lots of light and we found we didn’t really require much heating. The flat was light, warm and bright. The resident squirrels provided endless hours of entertainment – almost knocking at the door in the morning… be sure to have some nuts to feed them and entertain yourselves!
The kitchen is small (or as we finally agreed – there’s room for one person and an argument!) and equipped for two. All the mod cons are available – manuals for most appliances are in the cupboard though unfortunately there wasn’t one for the oven, which we couldn’t get working. Peter did offer prompt assistance with this.
If travelling to London again we would definitely look up this property.

We had a great time staying at this condo. The location was fantastic! It was easy to get to and there were tons of restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away. Daniel was great checking us in and gave us some recommendations for how to travel around, attractions close to us and suggested some yummy restaurants! We would definitely stay with Peter and Daniel again :)
Me and my mom had a pleasant stay at Peter's apartment. His assistant, Daniel, received us and gave us interesting tips about the city. The apartment is very good and the location is just perfect.
Peter's apartment is a cosy little apartment in a great location literally on Hyde Park (no view of the park, but a nice leafy view out the windows). Marble Arch is only a few minutes walk as well as shops and supermarkets, and Oxford Circus/Bond Street only a few minutes more. I didn't meet Peter, instead Marie his agent who was lovely and showed me around the apartment, but all communication with him was quick and detailed.
The apartment is also lovely and quiet, which is rare in a large city like London.
I would easily stay here again.
The stay in Peter's flat was great and exactly as expected. The location could not have been better for the concerts that we attended at Hyde Park. Daniel met us promptly at the flat and explained everything that we needed to know for a comfortable stay. Daniel was also kind and gracious in his introduction, communication before and during the arrival process, and provided a local contact. We will look forward to staying here again in the future and would encourage others to stay at this flat. Thanks you Peter and Daniel for letting us stay here.

We enjoyed our stay in Peter's flat. It is in a fabulous location with good transport access to everything. It is amazingly quiet with a beautiful green outlook from the 3rd floor windows. We loved seeing the squirrels bounce onto the balcony each day. We found the flat itself to be quite basic though comfortable and the flow of water in the shower is pretty poor. The kitchen is well equipped with a great clothes washer/dryer which really came in handy after travelling for 4 weeks. Some thoughtful supplies were left for us and a small supermarket is close by for everything else. Great value for the convenience of an apartment in the West End of London.
Excellent little flat close to everything. We could walk everywhere from this base.
We were met and greeted very warmly, cannot speak highly enough about Peter and his assistant Daniel, as all communication was clear and detailed. Flat fabulously clean and warm. We would definitely stay again if and when back in London. Thank you for the fresh milk and chocolate biscuits as we were a bit jet lagged and they kept us going for the first day!
Our stay at the apartment was very comfortable and Daniel is an excellent host.
Our flight was delayed and Daniel was very accommodating, he was personally there to check us in even though we were late. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, olive oil and some excellent chocolate biscuits and apple cider!
The living room is spacious and is appointed just as depicted in the pictures. The entire place is very well maintained. The bed is a bit too small if you're over 6 feet in height however Daniel has an extra mattress and bedding. Bathroom was spotlessly clean and very well maintained.
The location however is what seals the deal for this place. 5 minute walk to Marble Arch station (Central Line) means that you can access most of the city within 30 minutes using the underground. Lots of different bus stops around so the place is easy to access at night as well.
Edgeware Road and Oxford Street are both a 5-7 minute walk away. The building is opposite Hyde Park and surroundings are very quiet with birds chirping and unnoticeable traffic noise.
Overall I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends, highly suggested if you're looking for a quiet apartment in the heart of central London.
Absolutely AMAZING flat. Me and my mum stayed here for a couple of days and couldn't have asked for anything better. It's a very spacious one bedroom flat with all the mod cons. Considering the super central location the flat was very peaceful, facing onto some trees at the back. And there's a lift!
Perfect is the only word I can think of to describe our experience. Peter and Daniel are excellent and helpful hosts. The apartment is quiet, overlooks a lovely garden, is comfortably furnished, and is thoughtfully and well equipped. The location offers several advantages--five minutes from the March Arch tube stop and the stores and shops of Oxford Street, including a 24-hour grocery, Marks & Spencer, and Selfridge's; five minutes in another direction and you're in a quiet residential neighborhood with a good choice of restaurants, a supermarket, and produce stores; and across the street is Hyde Park and pleasant walks. We're looking forward to our next stay. Thank you, Peter and Daniel for a fine stay.
