You are staying in a quiet residential area of Aruba’s capital, Oranjestad. There is ample free parking in front of Ruby's Holiday Home.
Ruby’s is a great base for exploring Aruba being right in the center of Town edged close to the Oranjestad and Surfside Beaches. You will also find some of Aruba's best eateries surprisingly close by. El Gaucho, Carte Blanche and Wilhelmina restaurants are only a 5 minute stroll and the Renaissance Resort and Casino with many shops, cinema and restaurants just 10 minutes walking. There are many attractions and shops all within walking distance. Take a beach chair -we also provide beach towels - and enjoy the pristine blue Caribbean waters. Drive 5 minutes to go swimming at Eagle Beach. It is the widest beach of Aruba, and has soft white sand. It has been rated one of the best beaches in the world.
Watch the sun set in the Caribbean sea at Surfside or anywhere at the shoreline! Enjoy fresh seafood at the many seaside restaurants, take a walk at the linear park trail or hop onto the downtown Oranjestad Tram. There is so much to do. Or just relax at our pool and enjoy Aruba’s tropical warmth under the sun.

Joyce has worked for many years at some of Aruba’s leading Hotels, dreaming of offering one day a vacation experience to guests of her own. After living in Europe for many years, she was ready to expand and renovate the original house into six lovely and relaxing vacation apartments.
