This beautiful historic home perched on the hill over looking the O'Bannon river is an ideal retreat. To complement the laid back indoors, the expansive fenced-in yard with two firepits allows for outdoor play and creek-side reflection. This property is steps from the wildly popular Little Miami Bike/ Pedestrian Trail and sits right in the heart of historic Loveland, Ohio with great shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, parks, breweries and more! Extended stays for a home away from home!

The space
One bedroom, one bath home with convertible sofa in living room. This home is set up with a private office to make your stay both relaxing and productive. The accommodations are all conveniently located on the first floor (the upper story is non-accessible). Full kitchen and supplies to enjoy for your meals, or venture to one of the nearby restaurants!

You will be issued a unique code to use on the electronic front door lock for entry. It will be set to work from the start of your reservation & become inactive at your check-out. Thank you.

Other things to note
There is typically firewood on site, however we ask you to send an additional payment of $10 per fire or $20 for large campfires.

There is a Amazon fire stick associated with TV, which gives you the option to login to your streaming subscriptions, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, Hulu, etc. There is no cable T.V. on site but a digital antenna receives many standard stations.

We have provided bath towels for bathroom use only, as well as cleaning towels for other uses such as wiping off outdoor furniture from rain. Both are located in the bathroom hutch.
