Comfortable and wide apartment for 2 people, with balcony.
The smallest of our apartments, it is approximately 55 square meters large. It is composed of an entrance lobby, a bedroom with a king sized bed, a living room with double sofa bed and dining table, a bathroom with a shower and fully equipped kitchen comprising dishwasher, oven and fridge. Air conditioned, internet wifi, independent heating, hair dryer, iron are the other facilities that complement it. It is very bright and pleasant. A cute terrace equipped with a table, sun umbrella and chairs, completes the picture.
Banks, drugstores, a pharmacy, boutiques and restaurants as well as a food market are
found in walking distance. The apartment is well linked through the bus and tramway to the Trastevere Station (which is very near to it), from which the center of Rome and the Fiumicino International Airport, are very easily accessible.
The Fiumicino airport is not far from the ancient Roman ruins of Ostia town, and to various beach venues, which you may choose to visit on a one day trip.
Rome is simply waiting for you.

My parents and I had a great time at Cinthia's apartment. It's clean and we felt safe. I recommend it as a great option to stay in Rome. Tonino was a great host and guide us how to get the bus and all the details. Also before our trip I got in contact with Cinthia and she was very helpful by answering all my questions on time.
We were with the 3 of us and we had a great stay in the appartement of Cinzia. The bus to Stn. Trastevere stops in front of the door and with tram 8 it takes you a total of about 30 minutes to arrive in the centrum near the highlights.
The rooms were clean and spacy, the beds perfect, though it is quite noisy because of the busy road in front of the house. We used earwax and slept well.
Cinzia was very helpful in finding a parking garage. Everything was as promised, the apartment was very clean and neat, just as the pictures show. No problem getting familiar with the public transport system, bus stop just out side the with several one's taking you to the next tram line which brings you right down to the very center of Rome (Argentina), from where most of the important tourist attractions are within a walking distance. Live market just one block down the street and a very nice bakery, coffee bar and a restaurant in the side street, all with extremely friendly people. The person letting us in and getting the keys back was punctual and very friendly.
Absolutely Fantastic!!! Hospitality level just as good as any 5 star hotel, and trust me stayed in plenty of them!!
We arrived in Rome around 1pm and was meet by the Tonnino who is the property manager at the apartment. As we arrived the apartment was clean, full of fresh air, and ready to go!! The apartment has AC in every room, good clean towels and plenty of sun light, and lovely balconies. Our apartment had 2 bedroom with 2 queen size beds and 3rd room with queen pull out sofa bed super comfortable….
Everything was superb, Tonnino was a pleasure to deal with, his english was excellent and he was a great help explaining things to us. The apartment located obsoletely near everything by bus distance 12-20 min away from about any major direction you want to go, and about 5-10 minutes by car to all major points of intreats. The bus stop is laterally downstairs as you exit the building it's right there. Right across the street is 2 awesome italian restaurants, for 10-13 Euro per person you can overwhelm your self with food you never had before, right next door is a fresh food market, load up with fresh produce all day long… And they are open 24 hours a day. it was awesome coming home around midnight after day of walking around and stoping by for a cold watermelon slice before bed!! We really enjoyed it…
To conclude my review i want to say special thanks to Tonnino, for his kind hospitality and Cinzia that made this vacation possible for us. It was absolutely A++ service, awesome location, and most important was a safe and clean neighborhood with a lot of extras. I hope that you will continue providing this outstanding service to all of us-(travelers)
Many Thanks Eli (New York) USA
This must be the most spacious place i have rented in my 2 weeks of hop-travel in Europe. With 3 rooms, there's no problem accomodating 6 people (though we were 4). The size of the kitchen and bathroom is really suitable if you are coming as a small group, intending to cook and stay for quite a while in rome. The apartment is just a small flight of stairs up, so it was pretty convenient even for large luggages. Nicolas, the flat agent, was really nice and helpful as well, providing much information around the place for us (and brought the wifi for us), though it would be important to note that the wifi was not supposed to be included in the apartment. So, do do your communications properly beforehand. And lastly, i must reccommend the open-air market that is just on the same street (on the left from the building), as there's really a good variety of fresh food available. And as reccommended from a local, it is best to go to the market on a wednesday and even better after 1pm as the price of the things drops :)
First off: I had emailed the "host" two or three times before actually arriving...Never received a reply right up until a week before check-in when I emailed again. She referred me to someone else who, in turn, referred me to another person who barely spoke/understood English...I asked the third individual for help arriving at the apartment via metro and he simply said "you can't."....Needless to say, I did...
The apartment was nice enough. Very sterile and not lived in feeling at all. I felt like I was in corporate housing....I could tell the entire time that it was simply a rental property and no one lives here for an extended amount of time...
Now for the negatives: 1) there was wifi listed in amenities. Never any mention of fees, etc. When I checked in w/ the individual that barely could speak English--he laughed and said "no internet"....He wasn't joking. No internet. After a few emails and 5 days later, it was agreed upon that I would receive "the modem" for "free" in "late morning"....I received the modem around 3 pm; the modem worked--but, there was no internet....I am so irritated with this situation---do NOT include wifi as an amenity if it is not even an option...I emailed, texted, called and found the first 2 contacts very difficult to reach and not reliable at all with returning emails/calls/texts....And, when the first contact told me she would let me use the modem for free "due to the misunderstanding"....Um, NO. I did not advertise wifi when it was not an option...
2) This was my 2nd AirBnB stay and the first one was such a great experience. He left me things to do, recommendations, transportation help, contact numbers, etc. Truly a great experience. This was: here's the keys. Good luck. It was just such a cold experience...I felt like I was invading someone else's space...
Overall: the apartment--yah, sure it's ok. The walls are super thin, it's quite noisy (which was exactly the opposite of the previous reviews), and the pictures on the site are not even (email hidden)e host was non-exsistant, not reliable, hard to reach, and did not uphold her end of the agreement. Location: far, far from metro. Close to Trastaverse train (if you think >20 minute walk is close)....
Overall: I regret staying here. It was a frustrating week. I should have stayed somewhere else...even if it was more expensive.
The apartment was bright, modern, comfortable and very clean. The people responsible for the apartment were very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here and will likely do so myself again in the future.
This place is amazing! There was a farmers market right outside the flat every morning, and it is very close to a supermarket nd an internet cafe. The place is slightly outside the main area of Rome but it was very easy to get into the centre and the neighbourhood was very quiet so we actually preferred being there. There is also a spacious terrace perfect for meals outside!
