🏜 Direct BLM trail access (rare near Zion): Step off the porch & hike straight into public red-rock canyons on protected BLM land bordering the cabin. No crowds, no trailhead drive, no gatekeeping. This is Southwest backcountry access + a luxury basecamp in one stay.
🏜 Privacy Assured: The A-Frame is located on a 2-acre cabin site with 4 other A-Frames, thoughtfully spaced 10-15 yards apart amongst the juniper trees to ensure privacy. Each cabin has its own private amenities.
🏜 There is a rural neighborhood to the west of the cabin & undisturbed BLM public lands - ideal for walking and exploration - to the north. Southern Utah has some of the most renowned ATV riding trails in the country, leaving guests with the possibility to hear ATV's from time to time.
🏜 The 8-person cedarwood sauna is located central to the site and is shared amongst all guests. Note that this accommodation is not private, all guests on site are invited to use it.

‼️What to Know Before You Go:
• No WiFi, but strong cell service: unplug without panic. There’s free WiFi at Bee’s Marketplace nearby, plus a coffee shop to work from around the corner
• High-desert setting: expect sand, wind, small bugs & local wildlife. Summer days can be hot & winter nights can be chilly- the weather can drastically change last minute so make sure to pack accordingly.
• Food Storage: insulated cooler on the porch (make sure to grab ice) + a mini fridge inside the cabin. A full breakdown of the outdoor kitchen can be gound in the Property Description.
