Quintessential vineyard beach house set among woods, farms, and wildlife sanctuaries. This recently built, sunny West Tisbury B and B is minutes away from beaches, including coveted Lambert's Cove beach.

Sink into a comfy queen bed after a day of fun, and enjoy private bath, laundry room and separate entrance. Awake to singing birds, then explore our island after starting your day with steaming coffee/tea and pastries which can be enjoyed on the spacious front porch.

The space
The property is set down a winding pea stone driveway, on a quiet wooded street in West Tisbury, one of the less developed towns of the island. New landscaping has already taken root and provides beauty and accent. You will find ample parking and enter the house to the private B and B part of the house. You enter through a hallway with a spacious bedroom and a full bathroom to the right, and a small shared laundry room to the left.

Porches are available for breakfasts and sunsets.

Guest access
Parking available. You can drive, walk on the trails, bike on bike paths to quaint towns, the famous campground, shops, eateries and fabulous beaches. Hop a bus a short walk from the house, or take an uber to explore the island.

You have access to your end of the house and the decks and porches, the yard, etc.

During your stay
You can text or call about anything. I recently rescued some wonderful guests who went biking and got lost after dark. Good times.

Other things to note
We provide coffee, tea and pastries/muffins if requested. We require guests to be fully Covid vaccinated.
