Close to I-91 & US Route 2 with plenty of great places for biking, hiking, skiing, sightseeing, & antiquing nearby. Complimentary level 2 EV charging onsite.

The space
This house is ideal for remote workers as the wi-fi is excellent and there are several spacious and comfortable common areas in the house. Also great for cooks-the kitchen is well appointed and, along with all bathrooms, was fully renovated recently. There is an outdoor terrace and 1-acre private greenspace with fabulous pastoral views. The house is sunny and bright throughout, has a cozy new gas fireplace just off the kitchen, and a glassed-in sunroom with direct dappled sunlight all day. Plenty of free parking.

There is a quick and easy place to get groceries a half mile from the house (this place also has a deli), and a cafe in the center of the village. There are also a post office, library, bank with ATM, and a couple of restaurants in the village. The larger town of St. Johnsbury is 7 miles away, offering more stores and restaurants. Farmers Market is on Wednesdays during the season and is within walking distance from the house. Access to the 93-mile LVRT Rail Trail is right down the road. It goes east to St. Johnsbury in one direction and west to St. Albans in the other.
