This quaint, brick, single-story home is located within walking distance from downtown Fayetteville, local gear shops, restaurants, and antique shops! A short drive away from the New River Gorge National park makes this home a cozy place to relax and recharge in between outdoor adventures and activities!

Welcome to my cozy home!
I’m looking forward to sharing my home with you. When I am around I will list the Airbnb post as private rooms with shared common spaces, but most of the time I am not around and list the entire home for your private use.

Since this is my primary residence, it is fully equipped with everything you may need for your stay including the following amenities:
-High Speed WiFi
-Smart television with streaming apps
-Surround sound system with Bluetooth
-Fully equipped kitchen
-Coffee & coffee maker
-Iron & ironing board
-Fresh bedding & towels
-Gas grill
-Washer & Dryer
-Firepit
-Hangboard for warming up / training
-filtered drinking water
-bar accessories include tumbler, muller, tumbers, marti and wine glasses.

There are a few steps that lead you to the front door, where you can check-in via the keypad entry. Upon entering into the space, you’ll see our living room, television, and open kitchen space.
You can access the covered back porch/patio through the kitchen where we have a gas grill and firepit for evening bbq’s.

There are three bedrooms, but only two available for guest use, and one full bathroom, on the main level.

The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a small dresser for you to keep your belongings in during your stay. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed as well as a closet, sofa, and a desk/working space. The third bedroom is a not available for guest.

The sofa in the living room has a full size pull-out bed. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you’d like us to set it up with fresh linens for your stay, otherwise we will leave them in the closet for your use.

The bathroom is just across the hall from the first bedroom. We provide fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
If you need any additional towels, or would like to utilize the cleaning products--those are located in the bathroom closet.

*Parking: There is parking available for up to two to three standard size vehicles. You may park one in the driveway, the others on the gravel parking in front and to the side of the house. Although the driveway is best suited for one vehicle, you may fit two small compact vehicles here if necessary.

If you’d like to head into downtown Fayetteville for a bite to eat, you can walk through the neighborhood, across Hwy 16, and onto the pedestrian bridge that will take you across Hwy 19 or simply drive across the highway. (I'll leave walking instructions inside the house!)

In downtown Fayetteville, you’ll find many local shops, along with some of my favorite restaurants & coffee shops; Pies and Pints Pizza, Rangefinder Coffee, Wood Iron Eatery, Cathedral Cafe, Southside Junction Tap House!

Other things to note
We will handle all of the bookings and communication through the Airbnb Messenger/App. However, if you have a more preferred method of communication please be sure to let us know upon booking.
