In a modern and new decor, this large 2-room apartment of 37 m2 facing southeast is located in a charming building, close to the Vallon des Auffes and the cove of Malmousque

My place is close to an iconic place in Marseille called Malmousque, shops (Carrefour Market, greengrocers, grocery stores), and the bakery is a stone's throw from the building. Everything is within walking distance, including many restaurants, and bar terraces. You'll also love my place because of its location with inimitable charm, you have two bus stations within 100 meters of the apartment, the life and atmosphere of this neighborhood are pleasant. It is perfect for solo travelers, couples, three, four friends or business travelers for all those who want to enjoy the city without taking the car.
