A much loved spacious one-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a period building in the very heart of London can be yours on your next stay in London!
The apartment has been beautifully furnished and is very functional. It is south facing and is flooded with sun light during the day and is well proportioned throughout with a large living room, spacious bedroom and well sized bathroom.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate four people. The bedroom has one queen size bed with the most incredible mattress, a recent purchase I will never regret. I will provide a set of towels and bed linen.
The living room has a dining table, which sits six and a large plasma TV with a good selection of channels. A spare bed comfortably sleeps two without too much of a squish, I can vouch for it as have slept on it myself on more than one occasion. It can be wheeled about the flat and placed in either a bedroom or living room depending on your requirements.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need from pots and pans and cookery books (about 60 of them) to Nespresso coffee machine to give you that boost! There is also a washing machine/dryer, toaster and a kettle and, of course, a well tested oven.
The bathroom has been recently renovated and has a well sized shower cabin.
Please, note that I give preference to longer stays, a week and over.
If you are looking for accommodation of one month and over email me directly with possible dates of your stay. I will be working abroad in 2014 between one and four months and would be interested in renting the apartment out to one person/family during that time.

Wonderful vacation rental made all the more special by friendly owner.
Thank you Zarah for your hospitality and going above and beyond !
I would definitely rent from Zarah again and highly recommend her as an airbnb host.
We had a wonderful time staying at Zarah's. I only have positive things to say. She was a perfect host and the flat was in a great location. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the sitting room is spacious. The flat is within walking distance from just about everything. It is a one minute walk from Marylebone High St which has a Le Pain Quotidien, a fresh market and breakfast shop, The Natural Kitchen, and several nice boutique stores. I loved staying at Zarah's and wish I could have stayed longer!
Three great things about the stay - 1) Zarah and her suggestions (I can personally recommend Iberica, the Mason's Arms, the Natural Kitchen, and her Nespresso machine) - Zarah made us feel at home and got us going in the right direction from our early arrival in London. She was helpful and very accommodating 2) the apartment was comfortable and a pleasure to stay in - it was like having a second home 3) the location was fabulous - close to a number of tube lines and walking distance from a lot of places (we walked back from Trafalgar Square one of the nights) but tucked away enough to be quiet at night. We would definitely go back the next time we are in London. Thanks, Zarah!

Zara was great and accommodating. The apartment was exactly as advertised; clean, tidy and the location can not be beat!
Excellent apartment in a very central location. Zarah was a gracious host - highly recommend if you are looking to be located on the best address in London!
We're so happy we decided to rent this apartment. It is very well located in a safe area, with only a few minutes walk to Oxford/Regent Str.
The apartment is comfortable and very bright. The sofa bed is in good quality. Nice, fluffy towels and high quality bed linnen was also very appreciated.
Zarah is a perfect host that not only answered all our questions very promptly, but also gave us many great tips on restaurants etc when we arrived. Thank you Zarah!
Would stay here again!
very spacious apartment in a great location & perfect for what we wanted to accomplish..wonderful neighbourhood full of different restaurants, ethnic & otherwise & a short walk from 4 tube stations & oxford circus.
Zara is a wonderful host & extremely helpful if you need anything..
The only drawback for me was the 4th floor walk up , especially since I personally travel with a lot of baggage...thank god i only had to carry the baggage once up & once down..
Will definitely be going back there again to enjoy the accomodations & warmth of the apartment.
A family of three with a teenage daughter, we had a lovely 6 night stay at Zara's place. Thanks to good weather, the central location allowed us to walk to many of the places we wanted to visit. If we went further afield the Baker Street Tube Station was an easy walk away.
The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable self catered holiday and a nearby Waitrose made it easy to stock up on food. There are also lots of good restaurants and delicatessens in the area.
We appreciated the size of the apartment and the amount of natural light. The size became more apparent a couple of weeks later when we stayed in a hotel in London for a night in a room a little bigger than a shoebox but which cost more per night than Zara's place. Also, whilst the hotel had been recently refurbished it had none of the character of Zara's place (including the sloping floor in the bedroom) that made us feel as though we were staying in a comfortable, well lived in and loved family home.
Zara was there to meet us on arrival and kindly took us for a guided tour of the local area to point out places to buy food and recommend good restaurants to try. We were made to feel very welcome and told to call her if we had any problems - of which we had none.
We'd certainly recommend Zara's place to friends and would happily go back there ourselves in the future - thanks Zara.
We stayed for 2 weeks very comfortably. The flat is lovely and very clean. Its a big flat for a 1 bed in London. It's in a perfect location near shops, restaurants, and parks. Zarah and her brother are very helpful and even helped us with the luggage up the stairs. She even left us per pay phone chip and travel cards to use. Zarah was easy to reach when needed and responded very quick. With a child, it was definitely better then staying in a hotel for us. All in all great experience and would definitely stay again in future. :)
Zara's apartment was ideal for our one week stay in London (2 children ages 8,11, mom, and grandmother). The location is brilliant and safe - very close to the stunning Regent's Park, several tube stops and extremely convenient to groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, and shopping. The apartment is clean, spacious, with big beautiful windows, a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen - which was a life saver with kids!!
Zara was responsive at every turn (from the initial booking to our exit from the apartment)! We rented the flat over her holiday and she quickly and thoroughly answered every inquiry that we had - very professional. Thank you for an excellent stay!!
