Welcome to Central Oregon! Tumalo is a quaint farming community 15 minutes from Bend, Redmond, and Sisters. It's the most central location to incredible rivers, climbing, hiking, skiing, biking, and all other activities you enjoy.
The exterior is in a constant state of improvement! Depending on when you come, you may see piles of dirt and rock, or new vegetation, mulch.
Update....we now have AC! And we have a king bed instead of a queen!!!

The space
The space has an open living room, dining area and kitchen. The space opens onto a patio overlooking the mountains, canal and hot tub. The bedroom is off the living area and has a walk in closet. It's a king bed with a new tempurpedic mattress. The bathroom has an extra deep and wide bathtub- that I fit in(5’-10”)! Also an operable window. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

Guests can access the hot tub and patio adjacent to your cottage.

Other things to note
There are peacocks roaming! They make funny sounds in the morning and at night. Don’t be afraid:) Sometimes we have coyotes call, and owls hoot too! oh yea, and there's pigs and chickens next door... basically you'll hear all kinds of nature and farm sounds!
We have two dogs on site- nugget is a black lab mix, and steely is a Boston terrier. They may come out to greet you with barking- but they are super friendly and just want pets!

Neighborhood highlights

I am 17 minutes from downtown bend (approx. $30 Uber), 15 minutes from the Redmond airport, 20 minutes from sisters, and 8 minutes from the quaint town of tumalo.
There are usually alpacas in the field in front of the house, so get ready for llama TV! Much better than the 2-D kind!
