The space
MAIN ROOM: Queen sized bed, Roku Smart TV to sign in to your streaming services, dresser, closet, iron and ironing board. USB ports in lamps for easy device charging.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is well equipped with a full sized stove, fridge, & microwave, with utensils, pots, pans, dinnerware, and a Keurig coffee maker. We also supply a starter set of K-cups, sugar, & creamer.

BATH: Tub/shower combo with starter set of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and tp.

BEACH: We're only 900' from the beach. You can see all of the cruise ships, Cocoa Beach Pier, rocket launches and landings, right from our beach! We're also the East Coast Surfing Capital, so go ahead and sign up for a surf lesson while you're here!

LAUNDRY: The building has a coin operated community laundry just steps from the condo for your convenience. You'll find some complimentary laundry pods in the bathroom so you can take clean clothes back home with you!

PUBLIC SPACE: There is an outdoor community table to enjoy the days outside, bike rack, and outdoor shower to rinse the sand and salt before you come back in.

PARKING: There is one parking spot assigned to the unit so you’ll always have a reserved place to park. It's fairly deep so if you have medium to smaller vehicles you may be able to double up, see pics!

We’re in a quiet spot on the beach between the Pier and the Port. You’ll love having more privacy on this part of the beach away from the large public parking areas, but still walking distance to the Pier!

We are Marc and Kriss. Originally from Savannah, Ga, the Hostess City of the South, we moved to Cocoa Beach because of the beautiful beaches and small town feel.
