This 10’x16’ tiny house is a unique space on the mountain with everything you need to relax away from home. The views of the National rain forest and coastline are amazing. The Sonadora creek flows through the backyard and can be accessed through several paths in the property. The small kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. 7.5 acres have several fruit trees and cooking herbs. It is 29 minutes to Ferry Terminal to Vieques/Culebra, 28 minutes to Seven Seas and 41 minutes to El Yunque.

This tiny house on the mountain is a great mountain escape with breathtaking views. It is the perfect place if you want to disconnect from the stress and hustle of everyday city life while keeping all the amenities and comforts of your own home. It allows you to inmerse yourself in nature and enjoy views of beautiful green hills and the coastline while sitting on the several decks available or walking around the property.

The location of the property is in a rural area, yet accesible to supermarkets, pharmacies, and gas stations. It is also a less than two minute drive to Charco Frio swimming hole and Tinaja Falls which are a must see! At night, there is a beautiful city view off in the distance & during the day there is a rain forest view. You will feel extremely safe at the property, which has security cameras all around the premises.

The tiny house has a comfortable bedroom, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a small dining area. A/C keeps the room very cool. The bathroom has great water pressure and hot water. We have a water tank and an electric generator in case there is any electrical outage. Walk out to the yard and get some bananas, plantains, breadfruit, mangos, coconuts, tomatoes or recao to complement your meals (all depending on the seasons).

The deck outside is beautiful and peaceful. It has a BBQ and it is perfect for having dinner under the stars, or catch the sunrise in the morning, just magical. During the day you can walk thought the 7.5 acres property and enjoy a splash in the Sonadora creek, it is a really beautiful experience.

The property is pet friendly! But, take in consideration we have our own friendly pets (two cats and two dogs) that live freely outside.

Where you’ll be

We are located on the mountains, surrounded mostly by only nature. The property has access to Sonadora Creek and is also located at only 2 minutes from Charco Frio and Las Tinajas Waterfall.
We have only one neighbor crossing the river to the bottom of the property (you will be able to see their peacocks from the rooftop where the tiny houses are located). The nearest supermarket and Pharmacy are located at an 18 minutes drive.
