Located on a bucolic country lane on the border between Saugerties and Woodstock, this newly renovated 600 sq ft cottage is on a private acre filled with chill spaces: screened in dining shed, fire pit, garage w/ air hockey table, BBQ grill, field for bocce ball, a trickling creek, forest & the magical sound of a hidden waterfall across the road. Just 10 minutes away from historic Woodstock, it's the perfect escape. (Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. Please ask us directly.)

The space
The small bedroom holds a double bed, and the daybed in the living room includes a pull out trundle, providing two additional sleeping spots. The garage is dedicated to a small air hockey table perfect for kids, and dining al fresco is great in the converted shed, where screens keep the bugs at bay. The fire pit is just a few steps from the shed, and comfortably sits four. Firewood is provided.
