Awesome place, awesome breakfast and perfect location. The apartment has great style mixing in a natural way the classic with the comfortable. You feel like home, a lot of space a lot of sunlight, you feel like you own the place but with a full fridge and a cleaning service. You have a lot of privacy altought sara is really helpful and is always available. We had a really beautiful stay at sara's place i will always recommend this place.
We were very happy to stay in a hotel of Sara Finzi. We thank Sara for attention, hospitality during our period. We recommend very much this habitation all people who wants to visit Rome!!!

Spacious rooms, Very calm place...Location is perfect if you are planning for sightseeing in Rome.
Sara was such a wonderful hostess! Our airline lost our luggage and Sara was so extremely helpful and called the airline every day for us until we received it. Our room was very clean and cozy. The traffic outside our room was loud, but we put on a fan and the white noise drowned it out. The location was perfect and we were able to get around Rome very easily. I highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Rome!!
Sara's bed and breakfast was the perfect place for our four days in Rome. It was really close to a train station that you can get to/from the airport and it has a bus and tram stop right outside the apartment. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was really good too as there was plenty to choose from and the coffee was also nice. Sara was really pleasant and kind to deal with. I'd certainly recommend this place!
Sara BNB is located downtown Rome . Walking distance to the tram. The house was clean and well equipped. Sara is a wondergull person . She has been very nice to us . We had an unnexpeted problem and we had to cancel one night of our reservation at the last minute. She gratefully accept to removed the charge for that night . If you go to Rome don't mist Sara BNB. A must on your list.
We had high expectations for Rome, the Eternal City. The accommodation was adequate. We arrived by train and understood that someone would be home to open up for us at 1pm. We were 20 minutes early, and informed the hostess of our early arrival. After numerous empty promises, somebody opened up for us 1.5hrs later. While waiting on the stairs, a neighbor remarked that this was a regular occurrence. When we got to our room, the room was still dirty and hadn't been made up for our arrival. There were no towels, and the communal bathroom had no toilet paper. In fact, we ran out of toilet paper 3 times, and had to search for paper. That night the hostess met us and apologized profusely, and offered to make us dinner the following night at 7pm. The next day our room hadn't been made up by 5:45pm as we sat waiting for our 7pm dinner appointment as promised. At 18:40 she sent an sms informing us that she would be late due to car trouble. We advised her to sort her car, and that we would manage our own dinner. She arrived just as we finished doing dishes, offered dinner, and ice cream, which we had to decline as we had an early start the next day. The communal kitchen was well stocked, however the utensils, cups and plates were not washed properly (so we were doing dishes more often than we wanted). The apartment is also situated on the same road as a hospital, and the nights are very noisy with cars and ambulances racing up and down the road. We would have preferred that the additional tourist tax charged, rather had been included in the quoted price. If you have time to spare, and you're a sound sleeper, this is the place for you!
Prior to our arrival and during our stay Sara was very helpful at all times! Sara made us very welcome to her lovely flat.
Our room was very spacious and had a balcony where we had breakfast every morning. There is an amazing selection of "breakfast food" (bread, cereals, milk, coffee, yoghurt, fruits, jams, nutella etc).
The location of the flat is very central and the means of transportation are extremely good both to the heart of the city (by tram or bus in around 10 mins) and from/to the airport (a train station is 200 mts from the flat).
The flat has been fully refurbished with a very modern decoration yet keeping the special character of the original architecture.
The flat is cleaned thoroughly every day!
We could not have hoped for a better accommodation in Roma!
Really comfy and welcoming place!
Nice welcome and room at Sara's! Nice balcony also!
Still, a bit far from the very heart of the Trastevere (about 20-25 minutes walking).
But the tram station is in front of the building and will take you there in a few minutes!
