HOME HIGHLIGHTS
BreakfastThis is one of few homes in this area that has this feature.

This is a large light attractive double room with a combination of original features and modern comforts. Period features include wooden flooring and window bay along with the high ceiling, cornicing, antique(?) furniture and a matching chesterfield sofa. The room is warm and comfortable, especially the bed, and the double window affords views over the city. A lovely central location from which to enjoy Edinburgh.

Zeb's flat was very clean and comfortable for two of us during a weekend in Edinburgh. We enjoyed having a short 15 minute walk to the Royal Mile while staying in a quieter part of town. There was a bus stop directly outside the apartment that could have taken us to the Royal Mi…

This flat is very central - it's easily walkable to the Royal Mile and Princes Street, with a bus stop immediately outside the door (including one from/to the airport). There are plenty of cafes and bars within a couple of blocks.

Zeb was a great host! He provided me with all the information I needed in a timely manner - especially when he wasn't going to be around - so I didn't feel in the dark at any time. If I ever go back to Edinburgh I will definitely try to stay at one of his properties again.

I had a great time at Zeb's place. Very well located - just 15-20 minute walk from the Royal Mile and buses stop right outside the apt. building. The room was nice with a great view and Zeb was a good host - we had some fascinating discussions (Zeb is quite literate and curious!)…

Edinburgh is definitely worth a journey. If you don’t mind staying with a nationalistic, money driven and narcissistic landlord, being incapable using the flush when needed and explains to you the world than it might be the right place for you. Me and my Israeli wife felt p…
