Interaction with Guests
If we are at home, we are going to welcome you in person; if not, after you make the reservation, you gonna receive a check in msg which includes so many details you might need.
It is not the center of the university city, and also I won't say this is a fancy top level neighborhood. My neighbors are friendly, most of them are long term house owners, newly moved in scholars and college students.
There is a Police station across the street and the area is patrolled by guards of University City.
Though I cannot say it's the center of university city, just look at how convenient it is!
Only 5 mins walking to the 40-market Street subway. 15 mins walking to 30-market amtrak train station. 5 mins walking to the University of Drexel, 10 mins walking to Upenn, 15 mins walking to HUP! 20 Mins walking to Art Museum! If you wanna go to center city, just 5mins walking plus 8 mins subway time!

Great experience staying there. Very clean, comfortable, and private. I got my own floor with my room and bathroom.
Lynn was a prompt communicator, the listing was perfectly accurate, and the explicit house rules helped ensure there were no misconceptions. The apartment was a 15 min walk to my Penn classroom, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in between. The air conditioning made all the difference. I look forward to returning.
House was lovely, hosts were very polite, everything was very well organized.
My stay with Lyn and Syd was great. I was in town meet up with a few college friends. The room was clean and comfortable, the AC was a plus. The house is in a very nice location, near Drexel University. Overall a great experience.
The house was very clean and quiet, everything exactly as described. The parents don't speak English and Lynn wasn't there, which might have made communication difficult. However, all of my questions were answered promptly via email and I had a very pleasant stay. Short walk to UPenn, which was nice.
I was in town for a very quick trip and this was a nice and affordable option for me. The hosts were very welcoming and the house was nice and quiet for a good night sleep. The accommodations are simple but clean and safe and I would definitely stay here again.
I never met the host, but her parents were polite; although we did have a language barrier... The house was beautiful but the room was rather small and we shared bathrooms; however grateful for the AC. It was really nice to be that close to the Clinical Skills testing center!

As a traveler:
My husband and I are enthusiastic travelers. My family has changed several cities and countries during the last 10 years. Even after we got married,we still enjoy to explore new places. When we are travelling, BNB seems attractive and interesting----great location, ffordable, clean, more comfortable and the most important is just like at home.
Life to us is kind of mystic travels, sometimes you have no choice but accept the challenges.
Keeping the room clean and organized wherever we are! :D
