This 1 BD/2BA space includes 3 FLOORS of living space. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, KING SIZE BED, washer/dryer, & PRIVATE 3RD FLR BALCONY! Free street parking that is readily available in front of the townhome. The townhome is 4 mins walk to The Truth and only 8 MINS DRIVE TO BROADWAY! Perfect for couples!

* *As of November 2025: Over the last 2 years our neighborhood is experiencing a lot of exciting development and new buildings. There is a construction project across the street where the exterior structure is mostly complete, some work going on with roads, and another site up the block. There is a good bit of activity during the day, but not at night. To date only a couple of guests have remarked about it, but we don’t want our guests to be unaware that construction is ongoing around the townhome as it is in many areas of Nashville. Feel free to ask questions if you have them! I’m an open book. Guests are still having great experiences!

**PARKING IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. There is a parking pad at the rear of the building off the alley with 2 spaces. You do have to walk around the block to get back to the front of the building as this is a 0 lot line building. THERE IS ALSO FREE STREET PARKING. It's not a busy street, so parking is not hard to find.
