Welcome to Tom & Melissa's a cheerful 2-bedroom 1-bath in a single family house, It is a spacious 1016 sq feet house. Centrally located in the East Bay, and very close to freeway 580 and 238! You're within 30 minutes of San Francisco or 40 minutes of San Jose. Enjoy this spacious residential home with a large private patio, two separate bedrooms, a bright and comfortable living space, and a kitchen, making it a great place for family or couples.

The space
Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This single family house has a living/dining area and a large patio with outdoor sofa set & BBQ to enjoy the outdoors & relax. The place has a full updated kitchen(Refrigerator/Range/ Dishwasher/Microwave/Cook Ware/Dinner Ware/ Rice Cooker/Toaster and Coffee Maker) if you’d prefer to prepare meals during your stay. There is also a laundry room linked through the backyard and kitchen accomadated with a washer and dryer. We also provide high-speed Wi-fi, as the Living Room includes a 65" TV.

The place can comfortably fit a group of up to 6 people (One Queen beds, Two single XL bed, One Queen sofa bed). Our keypad lock allows you to conveniently check yourself in.

Guest access
Parking available on the driveway for 2 cars and plenty of free street parking. No access to garage access.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

-No shoes in the house.
-No smoking near house premises, including the back patio.
-No Pets.
-Maximum occupancy of 6 people. No additional guest other than those in the reservation allowed. Anyone else will be charged $200 per day per person.
-The house is to be used for guest accommodations only. No parties and loud music.
- Please make sure you leave the property in an acceptable manner. Damage or excessive cleaning will result in a charge of $300 or more.
- Quiet time from 9:00pm – 7:00am. Please be courteous and adhere to this policy.
-No paper towels or feminine products in the toilet.

The garage is not part of Airbnb rental, so please do not use or go into the garage.
