  • This was very difficult accommodation to find as the streets are majority one way and More like footpaths. No wonder they drive smart cars, ours was a station wagon with an inch either side for mobility. Accommodation was all right. Couldn't use the lovely lounge area due to severe damp and strong algea smell. Upstairs very small as we had 5 adults, so very confined as this was where we had to live. The location itself was excellent and the neighbour gorgeous. Upon arrival we had to wait over half an hour to receive a key, and left a day earlier than planned.
If the smell was somehow corrected in the Lounge it would be good accommodation. As it is I would only recommend for a couple.

  • Agnes is great- she picked us up from the train station even though we arrived late. The apartment is lovely although there is a lot of mildew on the lower floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

  • Cute apartment, super close to the main corso, but still quiet. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, with a little balcony to relax on. Agnes was awesome - picked us up from the train station and immediately had the hot water fixed when she realized it wasn't working upon our arrival. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay for UmbriaJazz on our honeymoon!

  • The apartment was perfect for our needs (3 adults), and we spent a very happy week in Perugia. The apartment is located close to the town centre (short, steep climb), in a quiet courtyard, and is well-equipped for self-catering. The weather was hot during our stay and the loungeroom was wonderfully cool. Agnes picked us up at the station on arrival, and was very kind and helpful in helping me arrange delivery of my suitcase that had gone missing on a flight to Rome. Perugia is an excellent base for exploring Umbria by public transport, and is a very interesting centre in itself, with excellent restaurants.

  • Agnes met us at the train station and guided us to her apartment. We had driven all day and were late arriving, despite the inconvenience, Agnes went out of her way to help us settle in.

The apartment was wonderful; very comfortable and nicely equipped! It is located close to everything in Perugia. We recommend it highly!

  • Coming all the way from North America and only the second city we visited in Italy, we are a bit lost arriving at Perugia, but Agnes kindly picked us up at the train station. The apartment is in a very quiet neighbourhood, spacious and clean. Since there are so many good restaurants around town, we didn't use the bright and well equipped kitchen except for a cup of tea. The public transportation system is very good and extensive, it doesn't take us long getting around with the train, bus, mini metro and the escalators. It is a perfect base to visit other Umbria towns. The cool living room would be great for a hot summer day and the extra toilet in the utility room saves a trip upstairs to the main washroom. We wish we could stay longer to explore lake and waterfall as well. If we come back for the musical festivals, Agnes' apartment is at the top of our list. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

  • Great location in a peaceful secluded courtyard. It's a 3 bedroom (5 person) flat but I'd recommend it for 2 or 3 people max. All rooms are upstairs apart from the living room which we did not use at all. It's windowless and would be amazingly cool in the hot summer months but probably not worth using otherwise. However we loved the upstairs particularly the balcony (for 2) where we ate on the beautifully warm spring evenings. We would definitely recommend the apartment not to mention Perugia which has lots to offer especially for art lovers. Our host Agnes was lovely too.

  • We had a great time in Perugia! The house is very cosy and clean, and big enough :) moreover, it's right in the city center with all the facilities! Agnes was very kind, she picked us up when we arrived at the train station. Highly recommended!

  • Agnes is very lovely. She aranged to meet at the train station so we could follow her to the apartment as it's not the easiest to find if you don't know the area. The beds were really comfortable, the apartment was clean with a new kitchen, and the walk to the centre was close although uphill.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved this property. It is quaint, in the really old part of town, with a lot of character, and a very close walk to the main street in Perugia. It was also very clean. Given the proximity to the city center, it was a great value and perfect size for our family of 4. We arrived late in the evening (after 9pm), and Agnes was waiting for us, and even drove with my husband to help him find parking (we ended up parking our car for the weekend in the Saba parking garage, about a 10 minute walk from the apartment, and walked and/or took public transportation everywhere). We would definitely recommend this to others!
