Very convenient 19 min to Walmart or Kroger. Enjoy access to 12.97 acres of Beautiful WV Rolling Hills & Forest! See the magnificent view from the top or bottom of our Rolling Hills! "Caution" there is a wooded trail on the highest part of the property. Read the provided list of West Virginia's indigenous animals. Travel at your own risk!

The space
Nestled in a quiet rural neighborhood. Extremely comfortable open concept country home with three bedrooms and one bath. Front porch with seating. Seating in the backyard with fire pit. All of these are private areas for the occupants mop of the house as well as the folding camp chairs. These chairs can be used on the property only. The chairs can be used on the front porch in the backyard or at the top of the hill with the fire pit. These chairs are for the house occupants only, to be cleaned and returned to storage when done. All your cooking needs. Wifi, Hulu, Netflix and Prime videos available. There is additional acreage, a fire pit, shelter and a trail on the highest hill of the property. This will be a shared area, There may be campers.
Early in the morning is the best time to see deer and turkey.
The driveway is steep additional parking spots at the top of the driveway have been provided to park during inclement weather. It is best to have four-wheel-drive during snow storms. I cannot guarantee how quickly the roads will be cleared.

Guest access
Be my guest to the entire house front and backyard. As well as the upper camping area. There is a shelter with 3 hammock swings a wooded trail at the highest portion of the property as well as a trampoline and disk golf. Caution: Wild life can be as beautiful as it is dangerous.

Other things to note
No smoking in the house. There are small buckets to extinguish your cigarettes on the front and side porch. Once extinguish please dispose of your cigarette butts in the trash BAG.

Ensure that all trash is securely placed into a trash bag before putting in the outside trash can at the top of driveway. All trash must be in garbage bags. Our trash collectors do not lift the cans, only bags out of the can. *Thank you so much for you help with this!*

Guest must provide their own firewood. You can use any fallen branches. Do not cut down or damage any trees.

The roads are narrow and the turns are sharp, also the neighbors have free range chickens, please drive slow!!!

This is a residential neighborhood. Please minimize your noise and music for quiet hours between 10PM and 7AM.
