  • An awesome example of the best of the San Francisco vibe! The location is great for an authentic SF experience: in a clean neighborhood and building with restaurants of all sorts within a few blocks. The apartment overlooks a garden space -- the building sits on a hill and the apartment is on the lower level on the back side so it's relatively quiet. Trevor and Jess have the place decorated in a style that is the intersection of artistic and eclectic. The space is compact and efficient, though I found room to roll out a yoga mat. Perhaps most importantly, I thought the bed was comfortable, the shower was definitely hot, and Trevor was a fabulous in helping coordinate details.

  • This apartment is in the basement, which sounds terrible, but it's actually awesome. Because they're in the back of the building, there's no noise, which is a feat for San Francisco. You also get a view of the trees out back

  • Trev and Jess were very friendly and helpful. Their place is lovely and very central to where I needed to be. A quiet apartment that really felt like it was a hideaway. Well stocked and cosy I had a great time and would definitely stay again when next in SF!

  • Cosy little flat in a great location. Convenient for cable cars, Union Square etc. Trevor and Jess were great hosts, helping us find our way on the first evening, giving us recommendations and sorting out any problems that arose.
We enjoyed having our own little place in SF and that really improved our holiday experience especially as the beds were really comfortable. Kitchen facilities were really good.
If there are 3 of you then you may find storage a bit limited if you want to unpack your cases.

  • I was in town for Apple's developer conference and had a wonderful AirBNB experience. Their Nob Hill location is close to everything you care about downtown, but far enough away that you enjoy a nice walk to/from the Moscone area. Bonus: they are at a high enough elevation that there's no riff-raff around. Bums don't go uphill.

I'll definitely stay with them again. Thanks Trevor & Jess!

  • This was the perfect location! I had a conference at the Mark Hopkins and was able to stay like a local. Trevor and Jess were responsive through the process and made it easy -- like I was staying at a friends house.

  • Great place to explore from. Sleeping wise: super comfy bed and no street noise. Eating: kitchen had lots of cooking stuff except we might have missed something but couldn't find a kettle or toaster...
Recommend Nob Hill cafe for great dinner!

  • Another five-star experience! Since I'd stayed there before getting in and out was super easy. Convenient location, close to great shopping and food, and a nice little apartment.

    I'll be back!

Love this city! Jess and I spend most of our time Biking, Golfing, Surfing, cruising all around California, visiting the beach in Fort Bragg and enjoying the hell out of this amazing city. It's such a great place to meet new people and make new friends, we're really lucky to live in this vibrant, expressive, amazing, freedom filled city. The bay is known for it's amazing food and great cocktails so sometimes it can be a little difficult to stay mobile but I think we're doing a good job of mixing biz with pleasure these days. As you can see from our profile pic, we don't let the rain stop us from having a good time bu of course, being from Southern California originally, we try and get the maximum out of our sunny days, of which we've had many so far this year- phew! With that being said, our little spot in Nob Hill has really become an extension of our lifestyle just the right amount of European charm, clean modern appliances mixed with the warmth of vintage wood floors. It's nice without being too sterile, classy without coming off as pretentious and has just the right amount of flavor to keep from being boring, kinda like us! Our 2nd place in the "Panhandle" is a nice getaway from downtown, super close to Golden Gate Park and provides a nice break from the normal day to day of city life.
