The cabin has a large screen porch where you can rest while looking out over the black bamboo grove and koi pond. Inside, the high vaulted ceilings and stained concrete floors setup a comfortable spacious/open space that is perfect for a single or couple.

2 minutes from the Wimberley hiking trail.
5 minutes to the famous Jacob's Well and Blue Hole

The space
The bedroom and living room are separated by a partial wall which affords privacy without giving up the open layout. Both the living room and the bedroom each have a Roku TV. The dining room table works well as an office space too. Wifi enabled throughout.

The cottage has a microwave and hotplate. It does not have an oven, traditional stove or a dishwasher. The French press and coffee grinder allow for an exceptional morning experience out on the screen porch.

Bamboo Grove is nestled in Poco Rio which is a unique complex with nearby businesses -- a pottery studio and pilates studio and much more...

Additionally, we have self-checkin and we are taking extra care to disinfect Bamboo Grove due to COVID-19. We are following the enhanced guidelines set out by airbnb and the CDC. Our minimalist decor makes keeping our space extremely clean during the COVID pandemic. With no immediate neighbors social distancing is built in.

I became a host in 2019 and have enjoyed attempting to create a nice ambiance for guest at Twisted Oaks, Bamboo Grove and The Tree Loft. Since I have travelled to many airbnbs and my adult kids utilize airbnbs as well I have been able to combine our collective vision into what I hope will be a restful stay for our guests. I welcome travelers from all walks of life.
