The Ocean View Room is one of the nicest rooms in our house. Its Upstairs and closest to the water. Its really ideal for a couple or a single person, has a single Queen sized bed. Its not large but has a 3/4 bath: sink, toilet and shower. It also has its own private outdoor patio area. You'll love it, everyone does.

The space
We are 60 feet from the water at a famous surfing beach at K38. We have secure gated parking and good wifi. Community patio areas with lots of patio furniture for eating and relaxing. There's a Fire pit for evenings and a community kitchen, after surf shower and wetsuit and board storage area for your gear. Ping pong table and flatscreen TV in the lower patio area.

Put your car keys away. Walking is the best way to explore our immediate area known as "El Morro". There are 7 different places to eat and drink within a 5 minute walk from our property. There's a microbrewery and public friendly resort (Las Rocas) as well, less than 5 minutes walk.

Neighborhood highlights

Our location is really fantastic!! We have world class surfing right out front. Several great places to eat and drink with in a short walk and Baja's famous wine country the Guadalupe Valley less than an hours drive down the coast. The town of Rosarito is about a 10 minute drive north of us. There are so many things to see and do within a short drive from us. The list goes on and on, come down and see for yourself.

I'm a semi retired hairdresser and I live on a famous surfing beach just 10 minutes. south of Rosarito Beach called K38. Our location is well known for its outstanding surf and beach access for the public. There are a variety of restaurants and shops with in a short walk from us. Our immediate area is known as "El Morro" and has almost everything you'll need for an amazing Baja experience with out having to get in your car and drive anywhere. You'll love it here, everyone does.Come down and see for yourself.
