This is our 4th stay at Peter's home on Ernest Street. Once again he was completely on top of all the details and a great communicator. He even left us some goodies to snack on to make us feel welcome. Sorry that Peter is getting so popular that we are unable to book with him for over a month but will definitely be back! Thanks, Peter!
Another great week at Peter's home! He always finds a way to add his personal welcoming touch! Thanks for leaving the Florida oranges, Pete! See you soon.

Great location and a great place. Exactly as described and just what we were looking for. Peter is a great host.
What a great first airbnb experience! We were traveling to Jacksonville for a wedding, so we wanted to have something close to our friends, with the privacy & freedom of a stand alone home (as opposed to a hotel or motel). Peter was extremely accommodating from booking through 'check-out'; he drove us from and to the airport for a nominal fee (much less than a cab), offered up bicycles for us to get around, and even stocked 'the bar' for us since we were getting in later than expected. I asked about a blow dryer and iron before we arrived, and he even went and bought a blow dryer for us and subsequent guests - what a great host!
The house was well-kept, roomy and cozy, with an awesome fenced in backyard and 'man cave' - which is where we spent quite a few hours each night during our stay.
If we head back to Jacksonville to visit again, we would definitely prefer to stay here. Thank you, Peter!
Peter was very welcoming and ensured that we knew all the specifics of his home in order to make our stay the best. Thanks Pete!
Peter welcomed us with a glass of wine and lovely snacks--he's a friendly, welcoming, interesting host! His home is even better than it looks in the photos. We were made to feel as if we were visiting the home of an old friend. Great location, as well. We would definitely stay there again.

I moved to Jacksonville in December 2009 and completely renovated my bungalow. It now offers all the modern conveniences and retains it's historic charm. I love surfing, sailing, fishing and above all reggae music mon!!! I enjoy meeting people from eclectic backgrounds who know how to chill and enjoy art, music and the outdoors. Come to Ernest Street and let me help you enjoy all that the Jacksonville area has to offer.
