Relax at this quiet, classic mud adobe bungalow in the heart of Tucson's Sunshine Mile. Fantastic location, just a short walk to the UofA campus and quick hop/Lyft ride Downtown. The newly remodeled kitchen is nicely appointed and the newly remodeled bathroom has both shower and tub. The AC works great. And there's a piano!

The space
Original hardwood floors throughout the bungalow is furnished with vintage furniture, organic cotton linens and towels. Lots of different ways to make your morning coffee. BBQ in the back yard on either a classic charcoal-fired Weber or a propane-fueled grill.

Guest access
Ample street parking in front of the bungalow and there is parking in the back of the property as well. You can walk to the UofA and its a quick drive/Lyft-ride to Downtown.

Other things to note
Just minutes away east on Broadway is award-winning Barrio Bread next door to Bisbee Breakfast Club, next door to the natural grocer, the wood-fired pizza spot, the wine shop and pilates. And you can walk to Safeway.
