This Historic brick home was built in 1909 and is located in the highly desired Griffin st neighborhood, just 2 blocks from Santa Fe’s historic Plaza.

The 3 bedroom 2.5 bath was recently renovated to preserve the historic feel while highlighting luxury amenities. Enjoy the full kitchen and bathroom remodels, new flooring downstairs, and vibrant paint throughout.

Griffin house is located within walking distance to the Santa Fe plaza, art galleries, museums, shopping, and restaurants.

This 2-story property contains 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, living & dining rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and washer & dryer.

You will enter the property on the ground level which contains 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. One of the bedrooms has a half bath attached. The lower level is partial underground but contains windows to allow natural lighting. This level consists of 1 bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom, and washer & dryer.

Stay cozy with heated floors in the kitchen and upstairs full bath. The heated towel bar provides warm towels for after every shower. All bedrooms contain tempur-pedic mattresses.
