Hi and welcome to Atlanta, and more specifically, Grant Park! This listing is for a private room with attached private bath, queen size bed, small closet, dresser, desk, and 32 inch Roku TV, your own thermostat that controls just that room, tankless water heater (for never ending hot water), and access to shared spaces (Kitchen/Living room). I'm the owner and live in the room across the foyer. I have one roommate who rents a room down stairs (both vaccinated). House and room have key code entry.

Where you’ll be

Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Grant Park is the best! The neighborhood is full of historic Victorian homes dating back to the 1800s. The park is 131 Acres and contains the Atlanta Zoo and hosts a farmers market on Sundays. Just a few blocks north, Memorial Drive is booming with new bars and restaurants and the famous Oakland Cemetery. Entrance to the Atlanta Beltline, the nearly $5 billion, 22 mile walk/bike pathway, circling the inner core of Atlanta, lined with all of Atlanta's newest bars, restaurants, shopping, and 1300 acres of greenspace, is just a short walk from the east side of the park. Rent a bike or a scooter or just walk around to see thousands of Atlantans and tourists exploring all Atlanta has to offer.

Hey there! Thanks for checking out my profile. I've been in Atlanta for about 15 years now and I love it! The city has undergone massive transformation with much more to come. I won't tell you my life story here but the short and simple, I like going on walks, riding my bike, game nights, Atlanta United soccer games, and my first cup of coffee in the morning. Hope you can visit!
