The Frankl Inn is the Fork Inn' s Huge Farmhouse in rural paradise. Set in 2500 acre conservation easement. Comfortable bedrooms are on 2nd floor. Spacious kitchen, livingroom, and dining room are all on the first floor. Large front and back porches. Nearby houses: Southern Hospitality Ranch and Covered Bridge Farmhouse.
Nature abounds. Horse barn,Hiking Trails, Fire pit. Hot tub ($50 fee set-up). Stock tank for refreshing soaks. No noisy parties please. Grandma lives in a room downstairs,

The space
Master bedroom (with queen bed and full bed) has direct access to shared bathroom. Room 2 has queen bed Room 4 has queen bed and room for single bed and desk. Room 5 has two queen beds and room for a single bed in the closet. Couch and dinette are upstairs allows for private dining; come downstairs for full scale kitchen.

We are the proud owners of The Fork Inn at Leipers Fork, embedded in 2000 acres of Big East Fork valley and ridge which creates a protected watershed. It is located 30 minutes west of Nashville and 10 minutes north of Franklin.

We have been working on the retreat and the Center for Sustainable Stewardship for several years and enjoy entertaining people passing through, attending conferences and workshops, or staying for a week or two.

I am a physician and my partner is as well.
