The space
This space is a cozy modern feel, open floor plan, great for the whole family. Enjoy the outdoor patio, bbq and fire pit. Roast marshmallows while enjoying the beautiful Mountain View. This space includes everything you’ll need for cooking and relaxing.
The backyard is huge for tons of space for yard games and enjoying the sunshine. Super private and perfect relaxation spot for after a long hike! A fully fenced back yard, great for your furry friends. Fruit trees to pick from plus enjoy all the deer that are always visiting.

Guest access
The entire space is completely to yourself. No shared areas. Washer and dryer, patio, both bedrooms and bathrooms are all private.

Other things to note
Also I do provide a pack n play for children, an air mattress for a fifth guest and the couch sleeps one if you are willing to do that. All guests and pets MUST BE listed in your reservation. Thank you!!

If you are bringing a pet please bring a bed, blanket etc for them to sleep on. I do now implement a no pets on furniture rule, this is due to excessive pet hair, mud, grass stains, etc. that have resulted in ruining a few couches. Thank you for understanding.
