This unique simple renovated cottage, offers an amazing waterfront experience with a private sandy beach, amazing nightly sunsets and a 60 foot pier which can hold most vessels up to 45 feet. Owners are very friendly live next door and are happy to help make your relaxation complete.

The space
Charming cottage offering relaxation, privacy and comfort. The place is cozy, airy and clean, with beautiful views of the water and abundant wildlife. Great fishing off your private pier, or work on your tan in comfortable lounge chairs. Enjoy a cocktail on the beach with Tiki torches at sunset.

Other things to note
No smoking is allowed in the cottage, if this occurs an extra $75 cleaning fee will be charged. If smoking outside, please deposit butts in a container and eventually in the outside trash bin.
While dogs are welcome, it is limited to one only. Please note, there is $100 additional charge for the dog. When making reservations, you need to hit the edit button under guests and add the dog to get the correct total charge for your stay. No dogs are allowed on beds, beach or couch. Please bring your dog’s bed or crate.
