This SPECTACULAR home is the perfect place for any occasion big or small! Family vacation, destination weddings, Family reunions. This beautiful 5000 sq ft home sleeps 22 & has something to offer everyone! Located On Monkey Island where all the action is! It has great outdoor facilities and living area, a great backyard w/tons of outdoor games, outdoor movie theater, and inside games for the rainy days. Plus it has a brand new private Swim/Boat dock with 2 slips, 2 PWC docks, swim bench...!

The space
This home has a fabulous outdoor kitchen area with a grill and smoker, plenty of parking space and easy access to the lake. plenty of sleeping rooms, including an upstairs game room with a pool table & sleeping couches. A bunk room sleeps 6,and 2 living area with 2 inside fireplaces and an outside fire pit.

There is also a brand new private Swim/Boat dock that is equipped with swim bench, ladder, fish cleaning stations, 2 boat slips, and PWC docks for guest to use during there stay. The public boat ramp is located directly across from the home. Please view the photos in the additional photo section.

Other things to note
The home is now connected to city water. The previous well system has been removed, and the water no longer has the odor that some guests have mentioned in reviews. Guest can now expect fresh city water throughout the home.
