Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located place. The property is 4 blocks from downtown Vanceburg but secluded for privacy. Salt Lick creek runs through our property which provides a short kayak/canoe trip to the beautiful Ohio River. There is a boat dock across the creek from the property w/ a park as well. There is the option to add tents or self-sufficient RV for an additional fee when renting this home.
