Enjoy a very comfortable stay in this clean, newly renovated large studio unit with a king size bed. Just steps from beach, Honolulu Zoo, and Kapi’olani Park, this location is hard to top. Modern kitchen with cook top, allows plenty of space for meal preparation. This upgraded unit has lanai with partial view of Kapi’olani Park, and a parking space in this secure, small, and quiet building.

The space
This is one of the larger studio units in the building, offering 348 sq. ft. of interior space plus a 40 sq. ft. private lanai — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening views.

The unit features a fully remodeled kitchen and bathroom with modern cabinets, clean finishes, and sleek stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is well-stocked for light cooking during your stay, making it a great option for travelers who enjoy dining in.

For your comfort, the unit includes a window A/C unit to help you cool down after a day in the sun.

Laundry facilities are located on the lobby level and are coin- or app-operated for your convenience.

Parking is free for building residents and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. It is unassigned and tends to fill up in the evenings, but usually opens up again by morning. Additional free parking can be found on Monsarrat Avenue and around Kapiʻolani Park, with paid options available at the Honolulu Zoo and other nearby lots in Waikiki.

Please note: Moped parking is reserved for permanent residents of the building. However, there’s a daily moped rental shop conveniently located on the same block.

And best of all — this condo is just a 1-minute walk to Waikiki Beach!

Parking is based on availability in the unit and it is first come first serve. It is only for the top level of parking as the downstairs parking is all assigned stalls.

Parking does not include moped parking as those are reserved for permanent residents of the building. However there is a daily moped rental shop on the same block as the building.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES:
For your convenience, laundry rooms are available on the first floor/lobby level.
It is easily accessible just straight out of the elevator, around the corner. The machines can be operated using either coins or an app.

Other things to note
If you are driving a car, please make sure to fill out the parking registration form. You can grab the parking registration form from the stack located next to the building manager’s office. Once completed, follow the instructions on the form to properly register your vehicle. This is important to avoid any risk of towing during your stay.

Important Notice: Any ongoing renovations or construction throughout the building are out of our control. However, if you have any concerns, we are happy to reach out to the building management prior to booking to check whether any renovations or construction projects are scheduled during your stay.

Garbage Disposal Rule:
Please avoid putting large food particles or excessive waste down the disposal. If a clog occurs and large particles are found in the disposal, a $200 plumbing fee will be charged.
