Private luxury. This serene guest suite is situated on a 43-acre farm--Bees & Trees--and is attached to the North end of the main farmhouse. A private garden-gate takes you straight to your suite.

Enjoy a magical sky full of stars while relaxing in the hot tub or enjoying the fireplacel--all to yourself!

There are breathtaking sunrise views from your front windows and gorgeous sunsets from your back porch and the nearby gazebo gives you both views.

The space
The suite has its own private and lighted garden-gate entrance complete with water fountain and an outdoor sitting porch that overlooks the newly renovated, saltwater, in-ground swimming pool (enjoyed from May-September). Sit on your private porch and have your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets.

In the cooler months, we have our outdoor, stone fireplace matchstick ready at your request. It can be enjoyed/viewed from the hot tub or just bundle up in blankets (provided by your host) and toast S'mores (also provided by your host) right in front of it!

The Suite features 7 windows and a set of French doors which provide sunrise, sunset and garden views. A queen-sized bed is at one end of a 375 sq/ft room with a comfortable sitting area and just beyond, an electric fireplace, a pair of cozy chairs and a table that's perfect as a work space, eating or for playing games!

This host updates the room’s bedding and decor seasonally with simple and clean, on-trend lines.

Guest access
Guests may walk the entire farm (that's 43 acres!) and pet the host's mini donkeys (Eeyore and Tigger) and goats (Ariel, Sebastian, Flounder and Patches). It's also fun to watch their chickens and honeybees as they go about their daily business.

Bees & Trees Farm, is a relaxing and quiet retreat particularly enjoyed by those wanting to escape the hustle-bustle of the city. Be sure and catch the sunset from either your own private porch or the hosts’ gazebo—nestled amongst Christmas trees with a view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. You’ll find everything here on the farm operates at a slower, more peaceful and serene pace.

Best of all, when the weather cooperates and provides a clear evening, you'll find we have a dazzling, star-filled sky! This starry view is every bit as breathtaking as the morning sunrises and evening sunsets.

Located at Bees & Trees Farm, the Garden View Suite is just minutes away from civil war battlefields, wineries, distilleries, breweries, restaurants, hiking and a quaint town square area just loaded with adorable shops!

A fifteen minute hop in the car will get you anywhere in town you want to go--yet you're far enough away that you feel as though you are in a whole other world!
