Owner lives in upstairs unit. Soundproofing and a double sided locked door creates privacy between upstairs and downstairs units.

30-40 min to local ski resorts

Your unit is on the lower level and is completely private and separate from the upper level. The owner lives in the upper level unit. Soundproofing exists between the two levels

Other things to note
Two yoga mats are provided.

It requires going down a flight of stairs to get to the unit. In Jan-March months AWD vehicle (Subaru, small SUV) recommended in case it snows, though roads are plowed by 11am each day. In summer, spring and fall any vehicle works. The road from Boulder to the house is super mellow compared to other nearby canyons.
