The Keurig, Wi-Fi, smart tv, and washer/dryer are FROM THE FUTURE, but almost everything else about this totally tubular quiet retro retreat is stuck in time. Reminisce with your sweetie or family, or meet up with some of the 80’s/90’s crew to (re)explore campus and town. Owner lives on site in upstairs apartment and is happy to suggest local activities.

It’s up to you! I’m a huge people person and will probably say hi to you as we’re all coming and going. You’ll have my cell to call or text with questions (non emergency) before 10pm. I work two blocks away on campus and can typically respond fairly quickly to an emergency during the week. I’ll probably be around most weekends coming and going from the separate upstairs apartment and also working in the garage or on the yard. Maybe I can suggest some sights to see or places to eat, if that’s helpful.
