The space
A top-floor 3BR loft with exposed red brick walls, soaring ceilings, and antique reclaimed-wood louvered shutters at every window — the warm-industrial side of our flagship penthouse pair. Two king bedrooms and a queen, plus a deep-blue sectional sleeper sofa in the open living room — sleeps 7. Chef-inspired kitchen with stainless GE appliances (including a side-by-side fridge with water dispenser), a black-stained farmhouse dining table, and exposed black track lighting. Walk-in shower stocked with full-size toiletries. In-building washer/dryer for guest use.

The Kitchen:
Full chef-inspired setup with GE stainless steel appliances, coffeemaker & Fellow kettle, and everything you'd actually reach for — cookware, plates, glassware, silverware. A kitchen island with bar stools pulls double duty as a dining spot or a proper work-from-anywhere setup.

The Bedrooms:

Second Bedroom: queen bed
Third bedroom: queen bed

The Living Space:
Flat-screen smart TV, 500 Mbps Wi-Fi with managed router and firewall, and central A/C throughout.

The Building:
Private, secure guest entrance with smart lock entry, elevator access, ADA-accessible throughout, and security cameras in all common areas. Pool and patio on-site with hot tub, clubhouse, chaise lounges, cabana chairs, and pool towels. Guest laundry available.

Full access to The Rambler's shared amenities: a courtyard oasis open year-round with heated outdoor pool and hot tub (7 AM – 10 PM), sun loungers, and outdoor seating, in addition to on-site guest laundry. 500 Mbps Wi-Fi throughout.

Self check-in is autonomous via smart lock: your code arrives ahead of check-in once your quick pre-arrival check-in (ID verification + deposit hold) is complete, for access to your private unit and all common areas.
