This beautifully renovated home sits in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Bethlehem’s vibrant downtown for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Nestled in the heart of The Whites, get to all the family favorites in 30 mins or less - Cog Railway, Santas Village, Story Land, Cannon Mt., Bretton Woods, The Flume, Franconia and Crawford North, and more. Ski, hike, bike, swim, or relax...Bethlehem has it all!

The space
Base Camp is a beautifully remodeled home. You will walk into a spacious shared kitchen/living/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a beautiful butcher block counter, brand new stainless steel appliances, and all kitchen essentials to prepare a hearty meal after a day on the trails (Pots, pans, plates, dishes, utensils, etc.). Stay cozy in the winter months with the pellet stove available for your use.

There are three spacious bedrooms, two with queen beds and a twin over full bunk. Clean linens and towels are provided. The bedrooms and living room are equipped with Roku TVs.

The second floor is a converted attic space equipped with a foosball table, games, books, and a workspace. A comfortable sofa also converts into a full-sized bed (extra linens provided).

You are free to use the wooden shed on the property to store your gear.

The home is perfect for a staycation or work-from-home alternative with high-speed internet.

Due to COVID-19, our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc). In addition, clean linens and bath towels are provided for all guests, unless guests prefer to bring their own.


*We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the kitchen/living room property. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thank you for understanding!
