Escape to a peaceful 30-acre working farm just minutes from Fayetteville. Meet horses, donkeys, emus, peacocks, pigs, dogs, and more while enjoying the quiet countryside. Relax by our crystal-clear 1-acre pond for swimming or fishing, explore the property, or simply unwind. We specialize in hosting long-term traveling professionals.

Pets are welcome with a daily fee. We must be notified prior to your arrival, applies to all pets. Failure to provide advance notice will result in a $250 fee.

The space
The Barn Apartment offers more than just a place to stay—it offers a true farm experience. Located above our working barn, this private two-bedroom apartment features a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and a cozy kitchenette equipped with a sink, microwave, griddle, blender, and other essentials for preparing simple meals.

Open the double doors and take in sweeping views of our 30-acre farm, where wide-open pastures, peaceful woods, a one-acre pond, and a variety of friendly farm animals create the perfect country escape. Meet our horses, donkeys, llamas, emus, peacocks, pigs, and more during your stay.

Traveling with your own horse? Ask us about stall and pasture availability.

We specialize in hosting long-term traveling professionals, military families, and extended stays, while also welcoming weekend visitors looking to relax and reconnect with nature.

Parkton Place also serves as a beautiful outdoor venue for weddings, family reunions, celebrations, photography sessions, and other special events. If an event is scheduled during your stay, we'll let you know in advance so you know what to expect.

Other things to note
• Parkton Place is an active working farm, so you'll experience authentic country living with animals, farm equipment, and occasional farm noises.

• Traveling with horses? Overnight stalls and pasture rentals are available for an additional fee.

• The property is also home to Hope-Thru-Horses, our equine-assisted services organization. While you may occasionally see scheduled activities on the property, guest accommodations remain private and peaceful.

• We ask all guests to respect the animals by not entering pastures or feeding them without permission.

• Pets are welcome with a daily pet fee. Guests traveling with pets, including service dogs, must notify us prior to arrival. Failure to provide advance notice will result in a $250 fee. Males must be neutered.

We respect and value you your need for privacy and quiet yet at the same time offer so much more than “just” a living space.

Most of our guests explained they haven’t slept this peacefully in years.
