Surrounded by history, culture and the beauty of the Coeur d'Alene Indian Reservation, this home awaits on a tranquil mountainside far above the world below. The 2 bedroom, 1 bath rental is well equipped for few or the whole family. Breathtaking views are included with the covered porch and bar, composite deck, hot tub gazebo, and garden. Far from busy life and the highway, the peaceful quietness attracts wildlife of all sizes. Come and enjoy our view we share with the eagles.

The space
The Edelweiss Guest Haus is located at the end of the road on 40 acres and is surrounded on three sides by timber and tribal land. This unit is a lower unit of a two story house. They are not connected and they are private from each other.
The entire property is exclusively private and free from road noise/dust and other neighbors. There is a grass yard on either side of the patio along with a large grass area down below the deck. There's also a grass area surrounding the hot tub gazebo. Beyond the yard, you are welcome to wander around the property and enjoy the views and the garden. Make sure you bring your binoculars for the numerous wildlife viewing opportunities.
The covered patio features an aviation themed bar with concrete bar top and bar seating for 5. Behind the bar features a TV, sound system, mini fridge, and concrete countertop. The attached cantilevered deck has a small fire pit enclosure and more seating with the absolute best views in the area that you can't get from any nearby rentals.
Cell service is great for AT&T, spotty for Verizon, and non existent for any other carrier. We do offer internet that will work for Wifi calling, streaming, and gaming. Our internet speeds are the fastest of ANY surrounding Airbnb listing in a rural area, guaranteed! Current speeds are 200Mbps Download and 20Mbps Upload.

The property is approximately 40 acres and is surrounded on three sides by timber company and tribal land. We are truly at the end of the road and that's how we like it. Everyone out here is generally pretty quiet. Winter access can be challenging but not impossible. High clearance and/or 4wd vehicles highly recommended anytime during the year.
